Bell man acquitted on all charges in neighbor shooting during property dispute

A Gilchrist County jury deliberated less than an hour before finding Stuart Skrabec not guilty of attempted second-degree murder and aggravated battery stemming from a property dispute shooting. The victim, Joshua Joscelyn, was left permanently paralyzed and told a local news station he is weighing whether to pursue a civil case.
