Small plane crashes in marsh near Micanopy; both occupants unharmed

A single-engine aircraft, believed to be a Cessna, went down Tuesday afternoon in a marshy area west of I-75 near Micanopy. Both people aboard escaped without injury. Alachua County Sheriff’s deputies are leading the investigation in coordination with Marion County authorities.
