Rockwell wins reelection to Alachua County School Board; District 1 heads to runoff

Incumbent Rockwell secured another term on the Alachua County School Board in the August 2026 primary election. The District 1 race was not decided outright, sending candidates Janine Plavac and Hunter Miller to a runoff election.
